Big Sur glass roof yurt built in 1976
Check out this gorgeous work by Mickey Muennig. Built in 1976, Muennig created a brick, wood and glass yurt in Big Sur that not only braves the elements, but is still standing in its vintage glamour. The glass roof allows natural light to flood into the cave like style of the space, while the warm woods and rustic palette appeal to the senses.

TED Talk: Chen Lizra – The Power of Seduction in Our Everyday Lives
With nearly a decade of experience in the animation industry, working on projects for MTV, TVA, Alliance Atlantis, Mainframe Entertainment and Radical Entertainment, Chen Lizra’s intellect, imagination and creative thinking evolved her into a branding expert.
In 2009 and 2012 Chen was nominated as one of the “YWCA Women of Distinction in Vancouver,” and was recently honored by the Australian government with a Distinguished Talent Permanent Visa for her international achievements in the arts. As the international author of “My Seductive Cuba, a unique travel guide”, Chen has won two awards in the US, including the prestigious IPPY Book Award. With a passion for dance and creative movement, Lizra offers students seduction workshops and focused lectures and seminars about the art of seduction in our everyday lives.

Three – The Pony #DancePonyDance
This video made me smile a bit. Even though it’s completely predictable.
British mobile network Three launched a funny commercial starring a moonwalking Shetland Pony – hoping it would go viral. They want to prove that it gets what its customers want. The agency also made some accompanying digital elements where the let you remix your own pony video.

Pleasant surprise for these commuters in London. When going home after a hard week of work, Sol, a beer brand, wanted to give the chance to prove the working people that they’re still free spirits at heart. They gave them the chance to bin their ties and by doing so they could gain a free beer.

Amazing Floating Teepee Lake Residence
Australian University student, William Woodbridge, built this wonderful floating teepee house! So neat!
Situated on Lake Ginninderra in Australia, this teepee is a great design that just sits atop a raft in the middle of the water. Though it might seem a bit unorthodox and maybe even a bit unstable, but William has noted that the cone shaped home is solid and there haven’t been any issues with the weather.
